Its that time again - The Ho down is here!! This months cooking event is being hosted by a wonderful foodie, Diane @ http://www.asthmagirlcooks.com/ . This months entry is very simple and DAMN good!! It is a breakfast potato stuffed with cheese / Canadian bacon and topped with an egg.
