Okay, now that I have your attention…just thought I’d share the news with you all.
I have been appointed the Pastry Chef at Gravitas Restaurant in Houston, TX. It all happened pretty quickly and I was happy to spend some time with one of Houston’s best pastry chefs, Rebecca Masson to bring me up to speed!!!
It is a wonderful opportunity - I am excited!
