Not a dry eye I tell ya

As someone who’s been around blogging and journals for over 9 years now, I’ve read an awful lot of stories that have tugged at my heartstrings.  Some happy, some sad, some scary, some gross and some that well … they left me tilting my head to the side like our dog Roxy saying, “huh?”

Last week I started reading what I thought was just another birth story.  I don’t know why I would expect anything but the best from Pacing the Panic Room.  I mean his American Apparel style photos of Cole’s pregnancy were amazing (I couldn’t wait to see the next set) and even garnered the attention of American Apparel because they rocked SO hard.  I’ve really enjoyed reading about their journey during the pregnancy … I mean REALLY enjoyed it.

… but to hear him tell the tale of their daughters birth last week … it left me speechless, with tears running down my cheeks.  It felt like the walls came up and kept everything, everyone and every other sound out and left me to fully enjoy his voice in my head. Seriously … if you don’t already know Ryan … you need to.  He and Cole are incredibile and I dare you to not fall in love with their beautiful family.

Take a minute to read this entry and you’ll see exactly what I mean:  The Birth of Tessa Tangerine

Ryan and Cole … and LB and Tessa … Seriously … all the love in the Universe to you!

When I read your post I decided to get to know Ryan and Cole before I read about the birth of Tessa. I thought I would read a few other posts from his archives to get some background, yeah, no! I read a ton of his stuff including the whole maternity series. I could not get enough! For like three days I read his blog every spare second I had. OMG! Kristy! Thank you! What an amazing story!
