Hit the little button up above ::Pointing up to tab What’s Your ?:: and asked this…and actually, now that I think about it, I want to know why too…

Why do housework?

I received this message on Friday night while I was having wine with some girlfriends so I opened it up to them.  One said, very quickly “Because company is coming over” and another said “Why is the question Why do housework?  Why not have a maid?”

I kinda have to agree…WHY?  Well, for one reason Mr. G. and I have to keep our house clean can be summed up in one word - ALLERGIES

So faithful WMDA readers…how do you weigh in on this….?  Hmmmm???

OK…allergies. A strong reason to clean house.
BUT, my motto has always been: housework is endless and life isn’t. Pale Rider doesn’t mind that I am not a great housekeeper ~ he isn’t either. We are thinking of getting a maid because sometimes it just gets bad. Mostly the laundry issue. Will maids do your laundry?

Why Do Housework? Because I have OCD and I have to! I love the scent of a fresh cleaned house more than the smell of fresh cut flowers! I know. Its a sickness.

Because I am a neat freak who is married to a Marine.. Truthfully I think I am worse than he is.. Everything in the house has its place so “put” it back in it!!
I have never been able to live in disarray from the time I was a kid my folks never had to ask me to clean my room not sure where the clean “gene” came from but I am happy to have it :)
