Too Die For PIE - Yes seriously that DAMN good!!

A Pie like no other!!! OMG

A Pie like no other!!! OMG

This baby was really one of the best creations to date…It is a perfect blend of a Peanut butter pie that I found on a great site called www.cocoaandcheese.blogspot.com and Black bottom peanut butter mousse pie that I found at http://vanillabasil.blogspot.com/

Ingredients:

Crust:

1 box of Trader Joe’s - Joe Joe Cookies or Oreos - Either crushed or put in food processor

4 oz melted butter

** Combine the 2 and put into a spring form pan and bake in the oven at 350 for about 10 - 15 minutes.  Let cool completely.

*** While crust is cooling make the filling ***

Filling:

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
16 oz. Cool Whip

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and cool whip until well blended.

Once crust is cool add a layer of each of the  following ingredients.

Hot fudge - I put a jar in the microwave to get it soft and easy to pour into crust

Sliced Bananas  - layer or to taste

Salted peanuts - layer or to taste

Pie filling

Top with extra peanuts and chocolate sauce.

Put in fridge for a few hours before serving.

Warning!! This is very rich so one pie will go a long way :)
