In the spirit of the Olympics, check out these gymnasts with this flexible bar, called the Russian Bar.  It’s worth watching to the end!  I could never even do a very good cartwheel so I’m in awe!

    I am just in awe at what they can do, amazing! Thanks for sharing this.
    I don’t think I could ever accomplish this either. I can barely do my cartwheel without getting dizzy!
